One Person, One Account
Each person may only create one account. If one person is found to have multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed and any winnings will be forfeited. Creating multiple accounts from the same household, address, or IP address is strictly prohibited.
Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, and contact details — must be accurate and complete. bj33 reserves the right to close your account if false, incomplete, or misleading information is provided.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity must be reported to the support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out through the account.
3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Rules
The payment methods currently accepted on the bj33 platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Deposits are generally credited instantly.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal.
3.3 Prohibited Transactions
- Depositing or withdrawing using a third party's payment method or account is strictly prohibited.
- Transactions made solely to test a payment method without actually playing are not permitted.
- Any attempt at money laundering or using illegal funds will result in legal action.
- Filing a chargeback or disputed transaction will subject the account to investigation.
4. Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
A 20x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus). Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 before withdrawing the bonus.
- If wagering is not completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
- A maximum bet limit may apply while playing with bonus funds.
- bj33 reserves the right to exclude certain games from bonus wagering.
- If multiple accounts or bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled.
4.3 VIP Program
The bj33 VIP program has five levels: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.5%; Gold — up to 0.7%; Platinum — up to 1.0%; Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Higher levels can be reached through regular and active play.
5. Gaming Rules and Code of Conduct
Fair Play
bj33 uses certified technology to ensure fair outcomes in all games. Any attempt at manipulation, bot usage, or system exploitation is strictly prohibited.
Technical Errors
bj33 reserves the right to void any winnings obtained under abnormal circumstances due to a technical error or system malfunction. In such cases, the affected member's deposit will be returned.
Bet Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits may apply to various games and categories. These limits will be displayed on the relevant game page and are subject to change at any time.
5.4 Prohibited Conduct
- Any form of match fixing or collusion.
- Playing using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
